Why is my order taking so long?
Hello! My name is Blue and I run Altcultures all my myself. Sometimes things get busier and it takes me longer to get orders shipped out. Right now my processing time is 2 weeks. If it takes me longer than that feel free to reach out at support@altcultures.com
Do you accept custom orders?
I no longer accept custom orders.
Are you open to working with us?
Yes I am open to working with others in a variety of ways.
- Promoters: I would like to work with people who have a large following in order to help promote my products. I can send you a few products of your choosing for you to post about.
- Wholesale: I am open to taking wholesale orders from other business. Currently the minimum is 10 pieces that you can mix and match.

Do you accept returns?
Yes returns are accepted on non handmade items within 30 days. Email me with the issue you are having and let me know if you would like a refund or replacement.
Why is your stock so low?
Since I am just one person and a small business I can not sell at large scale. So my restocks tend to sell out quickly due to the limited quantities. If you really want to get a product make sure to arrive on time and stay up to date on my social media pages: Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship within the Continental United States and to the US territories; Guam, Puerto Rico, and The U.S. Virgin Islands.
International countries we ship to are the following; Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Brazil, Guatemala, Mexico, Russia, Chile.
Due to the new EU regulations implemented on December 13th 2024 I can no longer ship to countries that are part if the EU. The GPSR regulations are extremely time consuming and expensive which is something my small business can not afford.
I can still ship to the UK since they are no longer part of the EU.

Shipping Estimates:
- Stamped envelopes within the United States take 2 to 8 business days.
- First Class shipping within the United states takes 2 to 6 business days.
- Priority mail within the United States takes 2 to 4 business days.
- First Class International takes 7 to 21 business days, although it can take longer.
- Processing Time: It takes 2 weeks for packages to be dropped off at the post office. So take that into consideration when ordering. To calculate how long a package will take to get to you add the processing time and the shipping time, that will give you an idea of when your package will arrive. Although there can always be delays.
Shipping Issues:
- When contacting for support on these issue be ready with your order number and tracking number
- If your package did not arrive due to inputting the wrong address you will not receive a refund or replacement.
- If a package is sent back to me then you can reach out and I can resend it you
- If the package says it was delivered and it is not on your doorstep. Taking the following steps:
- Check with neighbors to see if the package was misdelivered
- Oftentimes the package ends up arriving a few days after the delivery date
- Go to the post office responsible for your service area and request GPS coordinates of the a delivery and also open a case with USPS
